Aloha! My name is Bryan Munoz. I’ve been training at Golden Future for about 2 months now and within that 2 months i’ve lost about 20 pounds. My experience has been amazing and definitely life changing.

Working with Lubi Gazov has been incredible. She’s very helpful, friendly, knowledgable, and professional. We do a variety of training that includes cardio, stretching, balancing, strength building, and conditioning. Having Lubi as a Coach and being a part of Golden Future I am encouraged to always strive to be a better version of myself in fitness, character, & health. I’m inspired to always go that extra mile having that motivation knowing that I can always do more.

I feel a lot healthier, happier, and younger. Many people have seen the change in me and are amazed and I am too. I came to Lubi for training because I wanted to be able to do my favorite hobbies Breakdancing and Martial Arts for many years to come, and now I am not only convinced that I can but also I’m inspired to do more and to always dream bigger.

It is not only a blessing to be a part of the Golden Future Ohana, but it is also an honor. I am not only glad with the changes in my life, but I am also humbled. I love it here at Golden Future, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

My daughter had become frustrated with the slow rate of progress with her previous gymnastics training. Lubi listened carefully to her concerns and goals, then tailored a training program to meet her individual needs. The improvement was immediate and astounding.

Lubi ensures the mechanics of each skill is perfected, my daughter now has the ability to execute the movements, flips, turns, cartwheels, etc., flawlessly. In addition, her fitness, strength and positive determination have increased tremendously.

My husband and I are thankful to have found this world-class coach at such a critical time in our daughter’s gymnastics development. Now for the MOST important part, she has fun and can’t wait for her next lesson.

As a result of consulting (including numerous x-rays and MRIs) many health professionals over the years, I have a good understanding of the musculo-skeletal problems that cause my pain. As Mr. Gazov worked on my back he told me what he thought caused my pain and why.  Even though I had said nothing to him about any diagnosis I had received, his assessment of my problems as he was working closely agreed with evaluations of other health professionals I have consulted.  Clearly, he has outstanding knowledge of the human body, how it works, and what causes things to go wrong.  Most remarkable was that after two treatments, he was able to address some of my problems effectively to give me long-lasting pain relief. His knowledge, as well as decades of experience in the treatment of problems like mine, have made him an outstanding therapist.

World Class training from a World Class trainer!!  Lubi was able to address my weaknesses right away. The hour long sessions were perfect for me.  I have coined it the “Goldilocks” sessions, not too hard and not too easy, but just right.  She gave positive feedback and guidance throughout each session.
